This week Mrs. Warren spoke to the majority of the school about these topics below:
1. Not wearing hat during outside.
2. The importance of our school values and their place in and outside of the classroom.
3. Being on time and ready to work.
4. How the students respond to requests from teachers and staff.

Please have a chat to your tamariki about how important it is to 'hold on tight' until the end of the year. Teachers have supported Mrs. Warren and we will make sure that we work together.

The hui held in Te Tikanga Rua Reo on Wednesday night was well supported. Thank you to all those parents who attended the meeting.

Ngā mihi

Thomas

I tū kaha, i tū pakari hoki a Hato Ōpani inanahi ra. Ka mau te wehi!

Te Tikanga Rua Reo had a wonderful haerenga to Tuahiwi School yesterday. The tauira represented the school very well.

The tauira were welcomed onto Tuahiwi marae and were amazed at how 'flash' the marae is.
Maahunui II is a very modern wharenui.

Thank You to the parents who gave up their day to come and be with our tauira.

The weather was fantastic also!

Heoi anō, ngā mihi ki a koutou katoa.

Wki Tuawha - Week 4

Tena koutou e nga matua o nga tauira o Te Tikanga Rua Reo

Here are the panui for this week.

On Saturday TTRR have a stall at the Market Day which starts at 9.00a.m. We have got a stall and we are selling Fried Bread with Butter, Jam and Cream.

Whaea Mel has put out numerous panui asking for donations of flour, jam, cream etc or a $5.00 donation. Our TTRR coffers are a little depleted.

Could you please send along either flour, jam, butter or cream to kura this week with your tamaiti.
We will also need volunteers to man the stall, 'poke poke paraoa and/or cook.
If you could volunteer some time on Saturday, we would be more than grateful.

Our Kiwaha this week is:
Na Whai ano!

Our whakatauki this week is:
Koanga mokemoke.

Kia pai te wiki
